JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ) The petitioner/complainant has preferred this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the interim order dated 30.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.203623/2024. 2. The operative portion of the interim order reads thus: “Meanwhile, by way of an interim arrangement and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the concerned respondents are directed to include the names of the petitioner- college in the CAC website/portal immediately and permit the petitioner-college to admit the students, which would be subject to final out come of this writ petition and the petitioner would not claim any equities in this regard. In addition thereto, respondent No.1 is directed to co-ordinate with respondent No.2 and also unblock the user ID and password on the website/portal immediately for the purpose of implementation of the present order.” - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3519-DB CCC No. 200119 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed an affidavit, reporting compliance of the interim order passed by this Court in the above noted writ petition. Relevant paragraph Nos.3 and 4 are extracted hereunder: “3. I most humbly state that in view of the said directions, the Respondent/Gulbarga University has requested in terms of its correspondence dated 26/12/2024 to Centralized Admission Cell (CAC) to include the name of the Petitioner College CAC website portal immediately and permit the Petitioner College to admit the students for the academic year 2024-25 and also open the UUCMS (University Unified College Management System) for applying affiliation process by the College for academic year 2025-26. Copy of the said correspondence dated 26/12/2024 is herewith produced as ANNEXURE - R3. 4. I most humbly state that soon after receipt of the said communication, the CAC has opened it website portal and also included the name of the Petitioner College and accordingly, willing students were allotted by CAC to the said Petitioner College, and Petitioner College has admitted 13 students for the academic year 2024-25. Copy of the electronic - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3519-DB CCC No. 200119 of 2025 printout of Petitioner College permitting to take admissions for academic year 2024-25 till last date admission to the B.Ed. Course is herewith produced as ANNEXURE - R4.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner/complainant has not disputed the compliance of the order passed by this Court.
