The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 27.01.2023 passed in WPC No. 458 2 of 2023. Vide order dated 27.01.2023, this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “3. Accordingly, permitting the petitioners to approach the respondent no. 2 and 3, the writ petition at this juncture stand disposed of.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that in compliance of the order dated 27.01.2023 passed in WPC No. 458 of 2023 the petitioners submitted the representations before the respondent authorities and when no action was taken by them, the petitioners filed again a writ petition bearing WPC No. 08/20255 which was dismissed as withdrawn. The order of this court in the said case has not been complied with. Therefore he prays to allow the contempt petition and also to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for non compliance of the order of this court in the interest of justice. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the impugned order placed on record with utmost circumspection. 4. On bare perusal of the order passed by this court vide order dated 27.01.2023, this court has found that no order has been passed in favor of either the petitioners or of the respondents. There is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents for which this contempt proceedings may be initiated against the respondents. Hence the present contempt proceedings deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. 5.
