Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 115 of 2024 arising out of Bengabad P.S. Case No. 236 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih. 3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 7331 of 2024 by order dated 05.12.2024. 3. It is alleged that 20 days prior to the occurrence, co-accused persons teased the granddaughter of the Informant, due to which, son of the Informant had threatened them of dire consequences. It appears that on 24.10.2023, the petitioner along with the co-accused Ajit Ram and Subhash Sharma assaulted the son of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It appears that on the basis of confession of the petitioner, bloodstained cloth was recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2023. 5. Report regarding the stage of the trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the statement of the petitioner has been recorded under section 313 of the Cr. P.C and the trial was likely to be concluded within two months. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
