The State of Andhra Pradesh and others ...Respondents ********** Advocate for petitioner in WP(PIL).No.98 of 2018 : Advocate for petitioner in WP.No.32404 of 2017 : Mr. K. Sazid representing Mr. P Nagendra Reddy Mr. T. Sreedhar Advocate for Respondent No.1 in both the petitions : GP for Medical, Health & Family Welfare CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 8th January, 2025 P C : In the present petitions, the petitioners seek to challenge G.O.Rt.No.465, dated 22.08.2017, whereby the Government of Andhra Pradesh had envisaged giving the Para Medic Training to the Registered Medical Practitioners/Private Medical Practitioners. 2 HCJ & RC,J WP(PIL)_98_2018 & WP_32404_2017 2. On a perusal of the said Government Order, which is impugned, it appears that by virtue of the said G.O., the Commissioner of Family Welfare was asked to examine the need for amendment of the A.P Paramedical Board Act to facilitate the above envisaged proposal. To us, it appears that notwithstanding the issuance of the said G.O, no further action has been taken by the authorities and, therefore, it may be premature at this stage to go into this issue. 3. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the State also states that no further action was taken beyond the passing of the Government Order, dated 22.08.2017. 4. Be that as it may, we close the present proceedings with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case any cause still survives. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, CJ RAVI CHEEMALAPATI, J Vjl
