Grievance is that performance guarantee amount which was deduced from the first bill has, however, not been released to the petitioner. Various representations in that regard have also been made but since no decision upon it is taken by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents that in the event no decision has been taken upon petitioner's claim, the same shall be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3. In view of the above, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction upon respondent no. 3 to examine petitioner's claim, noticed above, by passing an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. In the event any amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be released within a further period of one month, thereafter. 4.
