CMP No.9525 of 2025 Appeal, in the case at hand, was decided on 28.12.2019. Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that no further proceedings are pending against the same before the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and amount lying deposited in the Registry of the Court along with interest accrued thereupon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The same be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, detail whereof has given in para 1 of the application, subject to proper verification of his identity. Application stands disposed of.
