THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.2662 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in Crime No.143 of 2024 of Nadendla Police Station, Palnadu District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 61(2), 353, 196 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000-2008 based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent. 3. The learned counsel further submits that, as per the allegations in the complaint, the alleged offences were attributed to one Peddireddy Sudharani, who alleged to have posted comments on the social media platform, i.e., Facebook, regarding the politician and their family members. It is further submitted that the petitioner is entirely unconnected to the allegations in the present complaint and has been implicated solely based on the confession of the co- accused. 4. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Nadendla Police Station, Palnadu District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 insofar as the petitioner is concerned, for -2- CRL.P. No.2662 OF 2025 the purpose of investigation in connection with crime No.143 of 2024. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
