In compliance with the earlier order dated 05.02.2025, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Bulandshahr has submitted a report through a covering memo dated 11.02.2025 through the Registrar (Compliance). 3. A perusal of the report shows that possession of the land has been delivered to the petitioner, Deshraj. The compensation for the standing crop on the said land has been paid to the owners of those crops by the petitioner. The petitioner is now in possession of the land in question which has been demarcated. 4. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition.
