Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.917 of 2019 (Upasana Upadhyay Vs. Santosh Kumar Upadhyay), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Manduadih, District Varanasi. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
