Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that Sub Divisional Officer, Nizamabad District Azamgarh, opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide the appeal No.864 of 2024 (Computerized No.T202415060200864 (Hari Lal Vs. Rahul) as early as possible and it is also prayed that Tehsildar Nizamabad, District Azamgarh be directed to decide mutation proceeding Case No.3520 of 2020 (Computerized No.T202015060203520 (Rahul Vs. Sudami). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.3/Tehsildar Nizamabad, District Azamgarh considers and decides the aforesaid mutation proceedings in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.3-Tehsildar Nizamabad, District Azamgarh is directed to proceed with mutation proceeding bearing Case No.3520 of 2020 (Computerized No.T202015060203520 (Rahul Vs. Sudami) and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of three months from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all the parties concerned. No unnecessary adjournment shall be granted by opposite party no.2 including on the ground of strike of lawyers. 5. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition is disposed of.
