By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.664 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 376, 498A, 504 & 506 IPC, Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 & Section 3/4 of Muslim Women (Protection of Rights over Marriage) Act, 2019, P.S. Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. 5. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions, would submit that after investigation, the final report has been submitted against all the petitioners on 06.11.2024. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, nothing survives to be decided in the present petition, accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby closed.
