JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 23.05.2025 This is an application filed by the claimant, who is the respondent No. 1 to the accompanying appeal, seeking direction from this Court for release of the amount of Rs. 4,75,495/-, which was deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16.12.2024. 2. This Court, upon hearing both the parties, is of the opinion that appropriate directions are required to be passed for release of the amount of Rs. 4,75,495/-. 3. Accordingly, this Court directs the Registry to release the said amount of Rs. 4,75,495/-, to the claimant/respondent No. 1, upon identification, verification and on furnishing of the bank particulars.
