GP FOR MUNCIPAL ADMN URBAN DEV The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 6166 OF 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent corporation in treating the buildings constructed by the petitioners as unauthorized though the said buildings were constructed by obtaining permissions and the action of issuance of impugned notices dt.17.02.2025 mechanically without application of mind as arbitrary, illegal and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and pass such other orders....” 2. Sri Ghanta Rama Rao, learned Senior Counsel, representing Sri Ghanta Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, as there is mis-joinder of cause of action. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, while granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition, if so advised. No order as to costs.
