Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:70253-DB Court No. - 42 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 1233 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rina And 2 Others Respondent :- State Of Uttar Pradesh Through Principal Home Secretary, Lucknow (U.P) Counsel for Petitioner :- Adarsh Srivastava,Reena Pal Counsel for Respondent :- Atipriya Gautam,Divya Jyoti,G.A.,Madhaw Pandey,Rahul Singh Tomar Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for informant and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0550 of 2024 under Section 80 (2) of B.N.S.-2023, at Police Station Noida Sector 24, District Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. In this backdrop, learned counsel for the informant prayed that some liberty may be granted to him to press his relief before the competent Court against the final report Needless to say, in case the informant is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.) (Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.)
