Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- " i) A Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari calling for the records and quashing the Impugned Order dated 16.07.2024 passed by the Respondent No. 03 herein, (The District Magistrate/Collector, Jalaun at Orai), directing to the Respondent No.05 herein, (The Tahsildar, Paragana & Tahsil-Orai, District Jalaun) to construct the boundary wall of the Respondent No.06 herein over the Plot No. 340, Rakwa 26 decimal, situated at Mauza Orai, District Jalaun. (ii) A Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing to the Respondent No. 03 to 05 herein not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the Petitioner herein in his Bhumdhari i.e. Plot No. 341/1, Rakwa 2.20 hectares, situated at Mauza Orai, District Jalaun without adopting the due procedure of Law, prescribe Under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. It has been submitted by learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for the respondent no.6 that the order impugned dated 16.7.2024 has been recalled by the District Magistrate by the order dated 3.1.2025, which is not disputed by the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 5. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the District Magistrate, it has liberty to challenge the same. 6.
