In the light of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 04.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.” 2. Learned State counsel, while referring to the compliance report, submits that in compliance of the said order, a speaking order dated 14.12.2024 (Annexure R-2) was passed. 3. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press the present contempt petition. 4. Keeping in view the statement given by learned State counsel on the basis of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. 5. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule stands discharged. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
