This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Baghpat in considering the representation of the petitioner dated November 9, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Baghpat should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated November 11, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Baghpat is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated November 9, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent nos.3 and 4. 5.
