The impugned order before this Court of the year 2021 has been appealed before the Settlement Officer Consolidation by the Gaon Sabha. The instant writ petition has become infructuous. Shri Achal Singh, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of Gaon Sabha. Faced with this Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal preferred by the Gaon Sabha which is pending before the Settlement Officer Consolidation may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. In this wake, the Settlement Officer Consolidation is directed to decide the appeal preferred by the Gaon Sabha expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
