In execution of the bailable warrant issued in pursuance to the previous order dated 01.04.2025, the opposite party is personally present in Court and has filed his affidavit through Sri Devi Prasad Mishra, Advocate, which is taken on record. The affidavit discloses that suitable action has been taken in proceedings registered under paragraph 460 of the Revenue Court Manual demolishing the constructions over the Gaon Sabha plot and in pursuance to the order of eviction passed by the Revenue Court under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Necessary documents in support of the claim have also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged.
