By an order dated 16.12.2024, this Court directed the respondent/appellant to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance of the said direction, the respondent/appellant has deposited Rs.86,03,182/-(Rupees Eighty Six Lakhs Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two only) before the Registry of this Court. By this application, the applicant/claimant prays for a direction to Page No.# 3/3 released the said deposited amount to the applicant/claimant. Mr. A J. Saikia, learned counsel submits that he has no objection in release of the amount on execution of a bond of like amount. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to release the deposited amount to the claimant/respondent no.1 upon furnishing a bond of like amount and on proper identification by the advocates.
