In compliance of order dated 14.8.2025, learned A.G.A. submits that as per instructions received from the District Social Welfare Officer, District- Mau, the victim has received the compensation amount of Rs.6,18,750/- but did not return the same. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the present appeal and prays to dismiss the same as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed directing the victim to return the compensation amount of Rs.6,18,750/- to the State Government, within a period of one month from today.
