This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to restore the boundary wall of the petitioner on the land area 113.4 sq.meter in Arazi No.439 total area. 0.3790 hectare situated in Village Bardah, Tehsil Martinganj, District Azamgarh and also restrain the respondents from interfering in peaceful possession and occupation of the petitioner over her land. ii) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1/2 to conduct an enquiry in the matter and to take appropriate action against the erring officials within specific period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it seems that it is a private dispute between petitioner and private respondent nos. 6 to 8. No case for interference is made out.
