Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. The petitioner is the complainant of the inquiry, which has been instituted against the respondent no.4, and is pending. 2. In my considered view, the petitioner's status as a complainant cannot entitle him to seek writ of mandamus against the respondent no.4, who is an employee of the establishment. 3. The petitioner may have been a complainant but no writ petition is entertainable in service matter at the instant of the complainant, inasmuch as no public interest litigation is entertained before this Court. 4. Hence, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. The petition is, accordingly, consigned to record.
