Rustam; learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. B. Kirankumar and Mr. Ph. Satyajit are present before the Court physically. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. M. Rustam submits that the proceeding in MC (CRP) No. 1 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner under Order 5 Rule 20 (1A) of the CPC seeking for allowing to take substitute service of notice against respondent Nos. 3 & 5. The aforesaid learned counsel for the petitioner submits that steps has already been taken for service of notice upon respondent Nos. 3 & 5 by way of paper publication and a memo has been submitted for closing this miscellaneous application. Keeping in view the memo which has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. M. Accordingly, MC (CRP) No. 1 of 2022 is hereby closed. As requested by the learned counsel for both the parties, the proceedings in CRP No. 2 of 2019 and MC (CRP) No. 4 of 2022 would be listed on 18.09.2025. Keeping in view the submission which is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate that if any interim order is in force, the same shall be extended till the next date of hearing.
