On 09.03.2026, the Investigating Officer (IO) had appeared in person along with case Diary and apprised this Court that charge sheet has been presented before the trial Court on 24.12.2025. 04. Respondents have chosen not to file any objections and given the fact that the charge sheet has been filed and applicant has already given interim protection, no useful purpose would be served in continuing with the instant bail application.
