Grievance of the petitioner is that dirty water is being discharged, on account of which, the culvert between Abadi and Pond is got damaged. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Aonla has already written to the District Magistrate, Bareilly to take necessary action in the matter. Since nothing is done thereafter, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent in respect of his grievance, noticed above, by way of a representation, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, together with certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The second respondent thereafter would get the facts verified and take necessary action, as may be warranted in law, by passing appropriate order, within a further period of six weeks thereafter. 3.
