Heard Smt.Vijaya Mallikarjunappa learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Advocate who represents respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as lecturer at National

Pre-University College, Kalaburagi. The petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. The petitioner is entitled to receive his sixth and seventh stagnated increments with effect from
01.04.2012. However, the petitioner is not receiving the monetary benefit. Though the petitioner requested Respondent No.4 number of times to look into the issue, there is no response and therefore, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned Additional Government Advocate states that the case of the petitioner will be looked into.

Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit a representation and no further orders in this writ petition are required except to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass necessary orders.
5. Having considered the request made which is justifiable, writ petition is disposed of with the following:

ORDER i. Petitioner to submit his representation to respondent No.4. ii. On such representation being submitted, respondent No.4-Principal Accountant General, Bengaluru, is directed to look into the issue and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of representation. iii. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.
