Ms. T. Wapangla, learned counsel for the respondent University by producing an order dated 30.05.2025 issued by the Registrar, Dibrugarh University submits that the petitioner has not only been allowed to undertake the semester exam but also the appeal filed by him on 26.03.2025 has been considered and Page No.# 3/3 disposed of in terms of the said order. She therefore submits that there is no live issue in the writ petition and the matter may be closed. Counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the said submission. In view of above, the writ petition stands closed. The order dated 30.05.2025 produced by Ms. T. Wapangla is kept on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification.
