The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.86 dated 14.06.2024 under Sections 307, 341, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25,27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 20.12.2024 is made absolute.
