The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 9.10.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Pilibhit, in Session Trial No. 835 of 2023 (State vs. Chandrapal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 644 of 2017, under Sections 308/34, 323/34 of I.P.C., P.S. Barkhera, District Pilibhit, whereby learned Magistrate dismissed the application under Sections 216, 228 of Cr.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
