Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the documents placed on record. 3.The crux of the allegation is that the petitioners along with A.1 received huge amount under the pretext of securing job and they posed themselves as if they are working in Secretariat and they were able to get the job in other departments and received a sum of Rs.73,00,000/- and further a sum Rs.35,00,000/-. 4. In such view of the matter, this Court cannot act as an appellate court and cannot conduct mini trial and it is for the trial court to appreciate the evidence and decide the case on its own merits.
