By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.103 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021 registered with P.S. Kotwali Almora, District Almora, under Sections 419, 420 and 468 of IPC. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 18.04.2022 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
