Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2-Tehsildar, tehsil-Khadda, District-Kushinagar to decide the case No.1776/2023/computerized case No.T202305440501776 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Kanhaiya Patel) under section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him within stipulated period.." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner, who is complainant, is not a party to the proceedings and, therefore, prayer made by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the above-mentioned proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same will be decided by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. 6.
