Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 16.9.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Chitrakoot in Criminal Revision No. 44 of 2024, whereby the revisional court set aside the order dated 20.2.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mau, Chitrakoot, whereby proceedings under Sections 145/146, Cr.P.C. have been initiated. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
