Bhattacharya, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. Also heard Mr. S.S. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 5. 2. The present interlocutory application is filed by the applicant/petitioner praying for impleadment of the opposite parties, namely, (i) Nabakanta Thakuria, (ii) Gurucharan Rabha, (iii) Rusvelt Rabha and (iv) Dhananjay Rabha, as party respondent Nos. 6 to 9, respectively, in the connected WP(C) No. 4358/2020. 3. It is the contention of the applicant/petitioner that from the affidavit-in- opposition filed by the respondent No.4, it was brought to the notice of the applicant/petitioner that the land in question is occupied by the aforesaid four opposite parties, sought to be impleaded and according to Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, in view of the statement made in the affidavit-in- opposition filed by the respondent No. 4, the foresaid four opposite parties are necessary parties for proper adjudication. Page No.# 4/4 4. Perused the materials available on record and the instant application. 5. Learned counsels for the respondents have not objected to such prayer of the applicant/petitioner. 6. Considering the matter in its entirety, the applicant/ petitioner is allowed to implead the opposite party Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4 of the amended cause title of the interlocutory application as the respondent Nos. 6 to 9, respectively in the connected WP(C) No. 4358/2020. 7. Copies of the amended cause title in terms of the order passed today in the instant application, be furnished before the Registry as well as to the learned counsels for the respondents.
