The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 14.08.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0550 of 2024, under Sections 493, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. - Izzatnagar, District- Bareilly. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. submits that dispute between the parties is qua the marital discord and the parties have already settled the dispute amicably and subsequent thereof, in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted before the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5.
