This order shall dispose of aforesaid two petitions since common questions of facts and law are identical in the same. For the sake convenience, facts are being taken from CWP-910-2025. 2. The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking quashing of order dated 22.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Financial Commissioner, Haryana and order dated 30.09.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed by Commissioner, Rohtak Division-respondent No.2 whereby both the respondents have illegally and arbitrarily set aside the orders dated 22.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) and order MONIKA RANI 2025.09.16 09:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-910-2025 (O&M) 2 dated 14.05.2010 and order dated 11.10.2013. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that he would not press the present petitions but restricts his prayer for time bound decision of remand case, in pursuance to the order 30.09.2019 (Annexure P-9), which was further affirmed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana vide order dated 24.10.2024 (Annexure P-10). 4. Learned State counsel has not opposed the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s). 5. In view of the above, both writ petitions are ordered to be dismissed as not pressed. 6. However, considering the fact that partition proceedings are pending since the year 2010, I deem it appropriate to direct that the partition proceedings be concluded in pursuance to the remand order dated 30.09.2019 (Annexure P-9) as affirmed by the Financial Commissioner vide order dated 24.10.2024 (Annexure P-10) within a period of six months from today subject to any legal impediment or any order passed by the higher authority. 7. Ordered accordingly. 8. All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed. 9.
