Though, full payments have been made, performance guarantee valued at Rs. 6,38,000/- and another security amount of Rs.75,000/- furnished through term deposit receipt are not being returned. 2. At present, no decision has been made by respondent no.3, despite representation dated 18.10.2024 made by the petitioner. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending or calling for counter affidavit at this stage. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of subject to fresh representation being filed by the petitioner alongwith copy of this order before respondent no.3 supported by his personal affidavit annexing thereto copies of all relevant documents, the said respondent may take a reasoned decision on the request made by the petitioner within a period of three weeks therefrom. 3.
