Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Sayed Ali, son of Nur Islam, resident of Village-Angarkara Part-3, P.O.-Bagribari, Police Station-Bagribari, District- Kokrajhar, BTR, assam has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS seeking pre- arrest bail in Gauripur P.S. Case No.54/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/137(2)/64(1) BNS corresponding to G.R. No.181/2025. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Gauripur P.S. Case No.54/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 134 dated 21.04.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Gauripur P.S. Case No.54/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/137(2)/64(1) BNS corresponding to G.R. No.181/2025. 5. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
