Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order under Section 156(3) CrPC, contending that petitioners were in good faith prosecuting this case in wrong court, instead of filing revision petition against the order under Section 156(3) CrPC. 3.
