At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to direct the learned court of District Magistrate, Varanasi to decide the Case No.1076 of 2024 (Computer Case No. D202414700001076) (State Vs. Ran Vijay and Another) under section 72 of U.P. Excise Act, 1910, within stipulated period of time, since on account of pendency of above case, the vehicle in question is standing in the open place of police station and is decreasing its value day by day. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection over the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and by bare perusal of record, if there is no legal impediment, learned court of District Magistrate, Varanasi/concerned court is hereby directed to decide the Case No.1076 of 2024 (Computer Case No. D202414700001076) (State Vs. Ran Vijay and Another) as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by way of affording proper opportunity of hearing to all concerns. 5.
