“1. It is, respectfully prayed that the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner may kindly be called from the Court of Learned Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Sarguja, Ambikapur, (C.G.).
2. It is respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court that the order dated 28.01.2020 passed by the Learned Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Sarguja, Ambikapur, C.G., in Special Sessions Trial No.58/2019, so far as the charge under Section 201 of IPC is concerned, may kindly be set aside by discharging the petitioner.
3. Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case with cost of the petition may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 4 In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Special Session Trial (Atrocity) No.58/2019, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and the applicant has been acquitted and as such, the matter has become infructuous. 5 Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
