1. It is submitted by the Counsel for the applicant that Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of her client.
2. A photostat copy of the Pension Payment Order filed in Court today be taken on record.
3. It is expected that the Treasury Officer, Burdwan-I shall release the arrears as well as current pension to the petitioner upon production of all documents including the Bank particulars mandatorily and positively within a period of seven days from date.
4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.
5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.
6. There will be no order as to costs.
