V/s UNION TERRITORY THROUGH CYBER POLICE STATION AND ANR. ….. Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Mohsin Qadri, Sr. AAG with Ms. Maha Majeed, AC. Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 03.12.2025 Nobody has been appearing in this case on behalf of petitioners for quite some time. Through the medium of present petition, the petitioners have challenged the challan arising out of FIR No. 18/2022 for offences under Section 66C and 67 IT Act registered with Police Station Cyber Police Srinagar. Challenge has also been thrown to order dated 16-05-2023 whereby the charges have been framed against the petitioners. I have gone through the impugned challan and the order framing charges against the petitioners. I do not find any ground to interfere with the same. The petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
