Petitioner’s candidature for the post of Registrar was cancelled by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission on the ground that, although petitioner has 15 years administrative experience, however, her experience is not in the required pay- scale. 3. As per the advertisement, 15 years experience should have been in the pay-scale of Rs. 6500- 10500 or above, while admittedly, the post held by petitioner earlier, was carrying a much lower scale than what was required in the advertisement, therefore, this Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter. 4.
