Lucknow, the same is taken on record. 2. It is stated in paragraph 16 of the affidavit that the decision has been taken by the respondents on the representation filed by the petitioner on 29.01.2025, copy of the decision is appended as Annexure No.1 to the affidavit. 3. After going through the same, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that no cause of action is further survived and prays for its dismissal of the present petition as having become infructuous. 4.
