This application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 17.09.2024 in bail application No. 2681/2024. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been transferred from Jorhat to Gaziabad, vide notification No. 3-4(C)/2025-E-I dated 27.03.2025.
