By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent authority to ensure the payment to the petitioner since 11.01.2021, which is pending for 26 months as per month rupees 6000/- as well as payment for cleaning material as provided by the Department for cleaning toilet;" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has represented the matter in the above regard on 12.02.2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 12.02.2024 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
