This petition is preferred against order dated 30.9.2022 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "a) Call for the entire records pertaining to the present case. b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari quashing and setting aside the impugned Transfer Order dated 30.09.2022 (ANNEXURE - P/1) whereby the Petitioner was transferred outside the Division. c) Issue a Writ of Certioruri quashing and setting aside the impugned Order dated 20.02.2023 (ANNEXURE P/Z) whereby the Petitioner's Representation requesting the Cancellation of the Petitioner's Transfer Order has 3 been rejected by the Committen constituted under the Transfer Policy, 2022. d) Hold that the Petitioner is entitled to receive Salary w.e.f. date of his Joining ie. 22.11.2022. e) Issue a Writ of Mandamux directing the Respondent Authorities to release the Salary of the Petitioner immediately, without any delay. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to accept the Petitioner's Joining and accordingly, permit the Petitioner to carry out his work and discharge his official duties. g) Grant the cost of the petition to the Petitioner. h) Grant any other relief as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Vide order dated 5.4.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and the impugned transfer order dated 30.9.2022 was stayed by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the impugned transfer order dated 30.9.2022 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under 4 challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
