The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following relief:- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent No.3 to initiate the proceeding for ejectment of respondent No.6 & 7 who have occupied the land of petitioner without title under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, within stipulated period as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court so that justice may be done." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for ejectment of respondent nos.6 and 7. Learned Standing Counsel has objected the prayer and submits that the suit is required to be filed in a proper proforma. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file proper proceedings under Section 134 of the Code of 2006. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a suit for ejectment under Section 134 of the Code of 2006 in accordance with law.
